Our first Petit Verdot; a delicious and complex wine.
DOUBLE GOLD MEDAL: 2022 San Francisco International Wine Competition
Floral aromas with a hint of plum, violets and baking spice. Earthy flavors of clove, sage and lavender sweetened with bing cherry and blackberry.
A big and robust wine which pairs well with substantial dishes such as ribeye steak, lamb, venison or even stuffed portobello mushrooms.
This grape varietal is traditionally used for blending and is one of the five Bordeaux varietals. We think the quality of the grapes used to make this one and the way we've created it, merits 100% Petit Verdot. No blend here!
Aged in new French oak for two and a half years.
